Travel day 1

Well off to a great start - my pre flight Mimosas.

Supposed to fly from IAH to Newark and then onto Edinburgh BUT Mother Nature decided differently.  

So missing the only 2 connecting flights United gave us an all expense paid overnight at the Ramada!!  No suitcase no makeup oh my!  But the hotel gift shop had deodorant. 

We could see Manhattan from our window on day 2.  But day 2 starts with more mimosas!

Airport early, no where else to go, so Terrie getting all her steps in.  Terrie was also able to get a spritz of her perfume at duty free, and did manage to get make up done at Mac!  

Mother Nature must like New Jersey because the weather looks great here!

Now just waiting on the clock to tick down......

May 2016

Hmmm, what happened in May?  I dunno, it's a blur.

Started off with Mothers Day weekend.  Took Mom to see the "Celtic Women" perform in Houston.  Revention Music Center, nice place to see a concert.  

Flyball tournament in New Caney, our hopeful top team is still just that.  Krack still ran as open, but in June he'll be an official Ruffneck.  Our height dog will be great, but his Terrier brain must out weight his BC brain.  Not giving up!

The next weekend brought on the Strawberry Fest in Pasadena.  I was requested to help, and I did.  It's a lot of work and a lot of fun.  I helped turn in fajitas and ribs, neither won, but I have ideas for next year. 

Chem Coast had it's 35th anniversary (I've been there 30)

And the month ended with the Ford's and Mom coming over for Memorial Day.  We also had our favorite house guest Demi!

Doesn't look like a lot in print, but it was!
