French Macaron

Not to be confused with a  Macaroon!  I love French Macarons (say with a French accent) and I finally tried my hand at it!  Need to pipe from the inside out I think, not sure.  I didn't make a proper filling because I didn't have a couple of things, but I did substitute with Nutella, and it was a fine sub!  I'll make a filling tomorrow night.  But they turned out so light!  I will perfect these!

I always cook or bake when Sam isn't home!

That time of year again!

Baby Gator is back, and while I can't prove it I really believe its the same one from last year.  Really brave guy, and I'm assuming he's a he.  I got right up behind him, and then he came across the pond to me, about 2 feet from me!
