Maurice

Maurice (said with a very Cajun accent) appeared about 2 weeks ago.  I think his pond must have dried up and he moved in.  He has a good supply of turtles, bass, sun fish and maybe a JRT for dessert!

In the one picture can you see the Red Dragonfly on his eye?

Just Stuff

Done working for the day and going to pack up, but I found something I need to get! I don't need or want anymore T-Shirts, but I really think I need this one, or design one like it! Yeah 3 days of racing next week..not going to be a pretty sight!

Pura Vida - Good Stuff (except when you try and suck it down way to fast, while eating and talking), it really is good and next time I'll do better!

Bad Blogger

I'm not really a good blogger am I?  I mean May 23th?  I do summary's.....

The end of May we baby sat Wyatt at his house.  What a smart little chatterbox, and he chose a name for Sam, PA :-)

So June 1st was Mom's B-Day and we spent it out Damian's with Steph and Walter, it's so YUMMY at Damian's!

June 6 brought Ryley's 7th Birthday, I took the day off to go to Kemah with he and a friend, he has grown so much in a year.  We had lots of fun but it was little warm (hot)....made me really miss Astroworld, still can't believe it's gone.   Imp also turned 7, she's an official veteran in Flyball.

Closing for Reliant came around, so entries are in and plans being made, another Reliant, wooohooo!

The end of June was FUN!!  Keegan and Ella came to stay with us a couple of days, and it was so much fun!  Keegan drove the Harley truck around and chatted about everything and Ella was just a beautiful Ella!  Keegan is a great big brother!  I loved having carrots in the hair, chasing and carrying her around it was great!  Can't wait to do it again.

Fathers day we all took off to EL Tiempo!  Wyatt was great entertainment!

Mom and Keegan at the pond.

July came, with a continued heat wave, so firework bans around the State!  I was really surprised that even out here they did abide by the law!  July also brought good news to Nicholas and family, he was hired by Haliburton, they packed and and moved out the 2nd week of July!  On to new adventures in Louisiana.  I did tell Ryley to always remember what Dorothy told the Scarecrow, that I will miss you most.  Ryley accomplished so much this year and I feel privileged to having seen him grow!

This week took Sam to Buenos Aires, off to the land of Tango....well except we know that won't happen!  So I've had the WHOLE house to myself and 5 dogs this week, and it's be very very quite.
