The Ford Ranch
This became ours on 2/29/08. It really isn't a ranch, but it is 6 acres, complete with a pond with turtles, bass, and frogs, cattle birds, herons and ducks among others, and of course 6 dogs to keep it busy.

Lucy can have 8-16 eggs, and once she begins "setting" the eggs it will take 35 days. I lead a very exciting life!

January 2012
But the really BIG NEWS is, Ricky and Lucy are going to have baby ducks! Today is day 6 and I haven't checked yet but the last 5 days another egg has been laid! Congrats to Lucy! She is laying them in a garden box that Nicholas and Sarah had made for Ryley, and I left it on the front porch, so it is being reused. Ricky and Lucy are Muscovy Ducks if I didn't already say that.
So with this being posted at the end of January I'll see how well I can keep up this year, it's going to be another busy one!
