In my defense, this is a future family heirloom. Can be passed on for generations. "Something special from Louisiana" was the request. A "diamond" of the kitchen.
There is no defense Dr Ford.
Expensive jewellery purchased in Italy seems to be the only way out of this mess to me.
Surely a nice plate of Crawfish would have been something special from Louisiana!!!
