Happy Easter - Happy Birthday!



I made our first ever Crown Pork Roast!
Isn't it beautiful ? Pete's Fine Meat always has super meat and they picked out a great roast for this! It came out so pretty, and it tasted so good too. Now this recipe has been saved and I promise to make it again.
Sam took a picture of the rising yeast dough, the roast before and after, and the final table.
In preparation for my trip to Italy I had Peach Bellini's. (Good enough for me to put an entire bottle of Prosecco away!)
